Seeking disbursement of yearly increments from 2012 to 2014 and the amounts due and payable to C.L and E.L for the period of 4 years and Medical Leave for the period of 10 months, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 12.07.2017 to the respondents and the same has not been considered so far. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
