O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondent to survey and measure the property in Survey Number 342/3 measuring 1.5.00 cents and in Survey No.343/1 measuring 0.48.00 cents at Kannivadaimalai, Dindigul District. The petitioner had given a representation on 11.04.2023. 2.The respondent had actually issued notice to the petitioner expressing intention to conduct survey on 13.05.2023. Notice had been issued to the petitioner and also six others. The six others mentioned in the notice are adjacent land owners. The learned counsel for the petitioner however stated that the survey was not done. 3.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to proceed further and issue notice once again to the concerned individual, thereafter, if there are no objections, proceed to conduct survey, or else, report may be filed. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
