Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2017 i.e to measure his land in S.No.53/5A to the extent of 2180 sq feet situated at Rajapudhukudi Village, Kayathar, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation, dated 18.08.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.M.Maharaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2017.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
