(Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,) By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission itself.

2.As against the order of rejection passed by the third respondent, petitioner filed appeal to respondent No.1. Since the Appeal dated 03.05.2010, is yet to be disposed of, this writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that it is not known as to whether the appeal is disposed of or not since the order passed being oldest.

4.Considering the above, we permit the petitioner to file an appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the appeal.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
