O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 02.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 10.05.2023 was made to the second respondent seeking permission to conduct the petition mentioned event/cultural programme. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival claim as to who should organize the event. The petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be stipulated by the second respondent. The second respondent herein partly allowed the representation given by the petitioner and rejected the cultural programme namely Adal Padal. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that only formal objection is made by the second respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the above said facts and since there is no dispute law and order issue is involved, no reason has been mentioned either in the rejection order for rejecting the representation of the petitioner or before this Court. So the order of rejection is hereby set aside. The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to conduct the petition mentioned event. It is open to the second respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions and the same shall be adhered to in letter and spirit by the petitioner herein. The petitioner is permitted to conduct the above said cultural event subject to the conditions mentioned in R.C.No.03316/General 1(1)/2023 dated 01.06.2023.

6. According this writ petition stands allowed on the above terms. No costs.
