ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct 2nd respondent not to interfere in to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the landlord based on the representation dated 25.01.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Mr.P.Pandiaraj, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Thenkarai Police Station, Periyakulam, Theni District is present. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government pleader, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given against the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and has closed the petition on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature and had advised the parties to work out their remedies before the civil Court.
