Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017 on the basis of the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/2230/2012 dated 17.01.2017 of the fourth respondent and make necessary changes in the UDR for the Northern side road pathway in S.No.289/1, 290, 291 of Alangulam within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. This petition filed seeking for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017 on the basis of the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/2230/2012 dated 17.01.2017 of the fourth respondent and make necessary changes in the UDR for the Northern side road pathway in S.No.289/1, 290, 291 of Alangulam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is

taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017.

4..Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
