This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2017 and register the F.I.R.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed by the second repondent.
3. In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
