G.Nagarajan PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the transfer order Na.Ka.No. 2839/Aa.4/2017 dated 08.08.2017 passed by the second respondent and the consequent order Na.Ka.No. 1927/A1/A2/2017 dated 09.08.2017 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allow the petitioner to rejoin duty as Headmistress, Panchayat Union Middle School, Therku Siddambur, Musiri Union, Trichy District.

S.Vimala PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of transfer issued by the second Respondent/ District Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No. 2839/Aa4/08.08.2017, dated 08.08.2017 (received on 17.08.2017) and the consequential proceedings issued by the 4th respondent /The Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, in Na.Ka.No. 1800/A1/A2/2017, dated 08.08.2017 (received on 17.08.2017). For Petitioner : Mr. T.Chakkarborthy For R-1 to R-4 : Mr. M.Jeyakumar Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. In all these three writ petitions, the petitioners were aggrieved by the orders of transfer. The grievances set out in the writ petitions have now been redressed by issuance of the proceedings in Na.2839/M.3 2017, by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Thiruchirapalli, Thiruchirapalli District dated 24.01.2018.

3. In view of the passing of the proceedings dated 24.01.2018, by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Thiruchirapalli, the proceedings impugned in these writ petitions

stand quashed.
