This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue statement of accounts, showing outstanding principal and interest due as on date pursuant to the petitioner's four wheeler loan account number 32234002595 in the light of petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the statement of accounts as sought for by the petitioner with regard to loan account number 32234002595 has already been given to him. He has also produced a copy of the statement to that effect.

3.Since the statement of accounts, as sought for by the petitioner had already been given to him, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
