Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's uncle Mr.Sethuraman by considering petitioner's brother's representation dated 01.10.2018 in view of the pending Review Application (SR) No.10911 of 2018 in S.A.No.516 of 2001 filed on 27.04.2018, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's uncle Mr.Sethuraman by considering petitioner's brother's representation dated 01.10.2018 in view of the pending Review Application (SR) No.10911 of 2018 in S.A.No.516 of 2001 filed on 27.04.2018.
