: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the first respondent to consider and dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 28.08.2017, against the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A2/12400/2016 dated 25.05.2017 favourably and pass appropriate orders of granting lease with respect to the lands in Sy.No.43/1 at Azhakankulam and Sy.No.2/3 at Perumkulam Village within the time fix by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 28.08.2017.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the order passed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and it has to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the above facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 28.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
