The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere the civil dispute cases by way of Katta Panchayat as against the petitioner and his family members based upon the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private party. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint. Thereafter, the respondents 2 and 3 have interfered in the civil matter. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that a complaint has been received on 01.07.2022 2/5

and 02.07.2022 and the petition enquiry is pending before the third respondent Police.

5.Recording the same, the third respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2022 and conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
