ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, in Crime No.1243 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported half unit of river sand by using bolero pickup van. Hence, the present case has been registered. 3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having five other cases in Cr.Nos.443 of 2020, 328 of 2019, 32 of 2019, 249 of 2017 and 228 of 2015. 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the bad antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
