Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 6 (a) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8036 of 2023, dated 27.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is clarified that whatever the college fees and other fees paid by the petitioner may be adjusted towards the monthly maintenance as ordered by this Court, in condition No.6(a) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8036 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
