PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry without any complaint and by following due process of law by considering the representation given by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any complaint based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 28.08.2021.
