(CRIME No. 21 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the modification in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10862 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10862 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 06.10.2020 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant family members are residing in the Keeranur town and the petitioner has to cross the same way to comply with the condition and there is a life threat to him,hence he seeks modification.

3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
