Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The writ petitioner challenges the impugned order of transfer. The petitioner has been working at Theni since 2019. The transfer order has been passed in the month of May. No legal ground has been made out to interfere with the impugned transfer order. The learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that the petitioner is a single mother and that her child is having some medical issues and if she is transferred to Ariyalur, she will not have the benefit of assistance of relatives. 2/4

3.I am afraid that the Writ Court cannot interfere with the impugned order on these grounds. It is for the first respondent to take a call in this matter. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
