JUDGMENT

********* The above Second Appeal was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, for mediation. Mediation successfully completed and mediation report received stating that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled. 2.A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with mediation report. In pursuance of the settlement reached between the parties and in terms of the Joint Compromise memo, the learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement withdrawing the Second Appeal.

3.In view of the settlement of dispute between the parties in mediation as per the Joint Compromise memo, the Second Appeal is diposed of as withdrawn. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
