PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to execute the order passed by the second respondent vide Oo.Mu.A4/5549/2022, dated 21.09.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to issue separate patta in the Petitioner's name in respect of the land measuring an extent of 0.18 1⁄2 acres in Ayan Punja Survey No.252, New S.No.252/1 situated at Achimangalam Village, Karur Taluk, Velliyanai SRO, Karur District. The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to implement the order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Oo.Mu.A4/5549/2022, dated 21.09.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent seeking sub-division of S.No.252/1 after deducting the land acquired for the purpose of extension of Highways. The said application was forwarded by the second respondent to the third respondent in his proceedings in 2/5

Oo.Mu.A4/5549/2022, dated 21.09.2022. Thereafter, there was no progress in the Subject-matter. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the second respondent in his proceedings in T.R.No.2023/14/01/00002865D, dated 26.09.2023 passed necessary orders for sub-division of the subject property belonging to the Petitioner and issuance of patta in her name. 5.The said statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
