O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the possession notice dated 23.06.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the interim conditional order dated 06.07.2022 passed by this Court.

3. Howbeit, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for redressal of his grievance in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank and granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for redressal of his grievance in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
