This petitioner, who is working as a Teacher in EKA Ratchagar Sabai Higher Secondary School, SathankulamThoothukudi District was issued with a charge memo on 21.04.2023, on certain allegations and the same is challenged in this writ petition.
2.Today(16.12.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the School Management is not in existence as on date and therefore he is not pursuing this writ petition. The learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above and recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
