O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication containing the petitioner's individual marks and the remarks as "Not Selected" published in the Respondent Website on 09.09.2017 by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to select and appoint the petitioner as the Grade- II Police Constable or Grade-II Jail Warder or Fireman within the time stipulated.

2. Heard Mr.Pinaygash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.This Court by an order dated 21.09.2017 has passed the following order:- "The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner secured 57 marks in Written Examination, 6 marks in the Physical Endurance Test and no Special Marks. Total 63 marks. However, since the cut off mark for provisional selection list for B.C. for Grade II constable etc., is 64 marks, he is not qualified. To file counter, and for production of O.M.R. Sheet, post on 05.10.2017."
4. In compliance of the order dated 21.09.2017, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced the copy of the mark sheet before this Court after serving the copy of the same to the petitioner, in order to support the contention of the respondent that the marks communicated to the petitioner is the same as indicated in the mark sheet.
5. As there is no discrepancy in the marks awarded to the petitioner from what has been communicated to the petitioner, which was apprehended by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
