The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conclude the enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2022. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint to the third respondent with regard to the dispute of conducting the Arulmighu Sri Karuppasamy Temple festival and the third respondent has issued C.S.R.No.283 of 2022 and thereafter, no action has been taken. Thereafter, on 24.06.2022, he has sent a representation to the first respondent for taking further action. Since no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case a Peace Committee Meeting was 2/5
conducted by the Kadaiyanallur Tahsildar. He further submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No. 283 of 2022 before the third respondent.
5.Recording the same, the third respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
