For Respondent : Mr.Kr.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 344 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 342, 354 A and 506 (2) of IPC, in Crime No. 344 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has tried to misbehave with the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.11675 of 2020 that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's husband is working in abroad and she is running petti shop in her village. When she was going to purchase things for her petti shop, the petitioner has tried to misbehave with the defacto complainant.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence against the woman, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
