W.P.(MD) No.14673 of 2020 respondent that specific instructions have been given to conduct arrear examinations.

3.Since the student has already paid fees, he is permitted to take up the ensuing examination and he must be furnished with the hall ticket in order to enable him to take up the examination, such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
