ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of enquiry and not to interfere with the civil dispute based on the complaint given by the third respondent by considering the representation dated 08.05.2025.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 reported that the third respondent has lodged a complaint stating that there is an encroachment in the common pathway and since it is a matter relating to the pathway, the respondents 1 and 2 have conducted an enquiry and closed the proceedings.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
