ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering in the money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry on the third respondent's complaint. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the guise of enquiry, he is threatened by the respondent Police. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 reported that they have received a complaint from the third respondent and the same was registered in CSR No.378/2025, dated 09.05.2025 and they are conducting enquiry. The CSR is under enquiry and they called the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and they have also denied that they have not involved in any harassment as stated by the petitioner. 2/4

5.Considering the fact that the CSR enquiry is being conducted by the respondent police, the relief claimed in this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
