Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to remove the audit objection and to sent NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the fourth respondent regarding the petitioner's retirement benefits as per order of the respondents 1 & 2 dated 03.04.2020 and 22.12.2022 in Na.Ka.No. 215/E4(1)/2016, dated 16.07.2018 and to release the petitioner's retirement benefits by the respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2023.
