This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017 and the reminder dated 22.08.2017. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In the light of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 04.08.2017 and 22.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
