...RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/PETITIONER PRAYER: CIVIL Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying this court, to set aside the fair and decreetal order in IA.No. 118 of 2018 in Trade Mark O.S.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, Trichy District dated 04/09/2018 and allow the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments there is no appearance both petitioner and respondent either in person or through advocates, this court made the following order:- By order dated 23.11.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of Trademark O.S.No.1/2017, within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.5687 dated 28.05.2019, whereby, stating that due to several adjournments at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instance of both parties for various reasons, the case could not be disposed of within the stipulated time, the learned Judge requested

further time of one month to comply with the order dated 23.11.2018 made in this revision.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for extending the time limit.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 23.11.2018. The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the suit within the above stipulated period without any further delay.
