ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 and to recover the petitioner's vehicles kept under the custody of respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2020. 2.From the materials produced on the side of the respondent police, it could be seen that the vehicles were repossessed as per the terms and conditions of hire purchase agreement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14945 of 2020 3.When the matter came up on the last hearing on 02.03.2022, this Court posed a question as to how the writ petition is maintainable, when the vehicles were repossessed in terms of hire purchase agreement and also asked the learned counsel for the petitioner to find out whether the petitioner is willing to deposit the admitted payment due or not and to get instructions, the matter was directed to be posted today.

4.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.In view of the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
