Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11641 of 2021 first respondent, which is forwarded to the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.07.2021, the third respondent conducted enquiry and the same has been closed on 17.09.2021. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
