ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.T. Lenin Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.RMS. Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2801 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.64 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2801 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.64 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2 has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2801 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.64 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
