ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.11.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) & 305 BNS in Cr.No.140 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have stolen away gold and silver articles from the defacto complainant's house, worth 1/3

about Rs.25,15,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Court below already granted bail to A3 & A5 and the petitioner is in custody from 29.11.2024. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having 8 previous cases, which are all similar in nature. Further, he submitted that the trial in this case is just begun and therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases and that trial is just begun, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
