O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Ref:Admn / P1 / 64 dated 06.09.2017 and quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the impugned order of transfer have been cancelled by proceedings in Ref.Admn : P1 : 64-1 dated 23.10.2017 and copy of the same is produced to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Since the order of transfer has been cancelled, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
