ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the intervener/defacto complainant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 08.10.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10969 of 2020 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioner has swindled the money and cheated the defacto complainant.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
