This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second 1/3

respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.05.2025 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police that on the basis of complaint/current paper forwarded by the Commissioner, Madurai City, a notice was issued to the petitioners to appear before the second respondent. However, the petitioners have not appeared and therefore, the enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the fact that there is a complaint pending against the petitioners and they should co-operate with the enquiry, the petition filed seeking not to harass the petitioners is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
