Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VAIGUNTH A.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.6 as fixing a minimum amount of deposit to the petitioners, each of the petitioners instead of depositing a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) each to the credit of Crime No.115 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur imposed upon the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5769 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.8431 of 2023 3.This Court finds no merits to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2023. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
