The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 155 days in representing the appeal against the award, dated 29.08.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.234 of 2025 on the file of the MACT/ II Additional District Judge, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
