[Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Pandiarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction upon the official respondents to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent. The allegation is that the fourth respondent is not liable for grant of patta as she does not belong to a particular community for which plots have been reserved. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The case was heard by the Division Bench dated 07.11.2017 and the submission of the learned Government Advocate was recorded in the order passed on the said date, which reads as follows: 'The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the District Collector, Trichy conducted enquiry and found that the fourth respondent has got eligibility to get an allotment in the area. The enquiry was conducted on 30.12.2016 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.W6/82448/ 1994'. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the stand taken by the learned Additional Government Pleader recorded by the court on 07.11.2017 may be recorded and the writ petition may be disposed of.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
