The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the 4th respondent and his family members and to provide police protection to the petitioners and their family members life and limb. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that on the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2020, seeking police protection, an enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, it was informed to the petitioner that patrol police is visiting the petitioner's street day and night time and the petitioner accepted the same and therefore, the complaint was closed on 22.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
