PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issue community certificate to the petitioner's daughter Ms.Jeyapriya,aged 19 years and petitioner's son Jeya suriya, aged 17 years respectively as "Puthirai Vannan. 2.The petitioner sought for issuance of Community Certificate with the hands of the second respondent in favour of his children as "Puthirai Vannan", which is a Scheduled Caste community. Despite the recommendation made by the Village Administrative Officer, Narayana Thevanpatti South, dated 11.05.2017, no further progress has been made and hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Considering the above and taking note of the pendency of the representation from 17.04.2017, we direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
17.04.2017 on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
