ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate necessary criminal prosecution against the seventh respondent herein by considering the proceedings of the third respondent in Moo.Mu.No.583/Aa4/2021 and 12.05.2022 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2022 and 21.06.2022.
2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent fraudulently executed settlement deed in respect of the petitioner's property. Hence, he seeks direction to initiate prosecution against the seventh respondent. 2/4
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the order of the District Registrar has been set aside by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3366/Tha.Bi/2022, dated 26.04.2023.
4. Since the order of the District Registrar has already been set aside, as a matter of right, the prayer sought for by the petitioner to initiate criminal prosecution against the seventh respondent cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
