ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2026. 2.The petitioner is the fourth respondent in Execution Petition No. 89 of 2017 in Arbitration Case No. 4 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli. An order was passed therein on 18.04.2024. According to the petitioner, on that day, a conditional order was passed directing the office to verify the deposit amount of Rs.79,46,900/- and further directing the judgment debtor to execute the sale deed within a period of two months. The detailed order, however, was uploaded on the E-Courts website only on 04.06.2024. According to the petitioner, the order appears to have been subsequently manipulated, that too after the retirement of the Presiding Officer. 2/4
3.We have perused the entire records.
4. We are of the view that the very same complaint had already been addressed to the High Court. One of us, in the capacity of the Administrative Judge, had occasion to deal with the complaint, verify the entire file, and thereafter close the complaint. It is on the very same allegations that the present Writ Petition has been filed.
