(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondent authorities 1, 2 and 6 to arrange buses to pick up devotees from certain designated areas. He gave a representation in this regard on 27.07.2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent temple pointed out that the sites designated by the writ petitioner as a temporary parking areas are the subject matter of A.S.No.78 of 2016 and that this Court had earlier granted an interim order of Status Quo on 01.08.2016 in C.M.P(MD)4875 and 6857 of 2016 in the said first appeal.

Even directing the authorities to consider the representation of the writ petitioner would amount to over reaching the order passed by this Court. We do not wish to make any further comments.

3.This writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
