Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-33. To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer o.mu.No.3344/A2/2020 dated 25.01.2021, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer herein to sanction the two advance increment to the petitioner for acquiring M.Sc., degree with effect from the date of her eligibility, and pass such further or other suitable order/ orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4534 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

Cont.P(MD)No.1138 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as against order passed by the Writ Court, they have moved a Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1766 of 2021 and notice was also ordered by the Division Bench of this Court.

3.Since a Division Bench has taken cognizance of the issue, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy based on the outcome of the writ appeal.
