ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same date of surrender of the petitioner in Crime.No. 157 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i), 379 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and another accused person abused the defacto complainant with filthy language, assaulted her and also they snatched five sovereigns of Gold from her. Hence the complaint.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to consider the bail application if any filed by the petitioner, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
