This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the third respondent to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent by conducting enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has made a representation to the third respondent stating certain allegations against the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 reported that the complaint has been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police and they will conduct enquiry in accordance with law.
