PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to pass final order in respect of the proceedings initiated by him in Na.Ka.No.4226/A1/2021 dated 19.09.2022 based on the petitioner's petition dated 22.11.2021. The Writ Petition is disposed of even without issuing notice to respondents 3 and 4, primarily because it has been stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.Prakash, that an enquiry is pending before the second respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4226/A1/2021 which had been pending from 19.09.2022. 2/5
2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a disposal of the said proceedings.
3. A direction is given to the second respondent to ensure that notices are properly served to all the named parties in the said proceedings and after they enter appearance, to give them proper opportunity and then dispose of the said proceedings. The same may be disposed within a period of six weeks from the date on which, when all the parties have entered appearance before the second respondent.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
